Terms of use

Draft version, to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

1. Purpose

TerraScan lets you check, from a plot of land, whether it is already registered by an owner, and ask to contact them.

2. Account

The account is personal. It is created with a verified e-mail address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Credits

Credits you buy are used to ask for an owner's phone number, with their consent. A purchase is refundable only in the cases the service provides for.

4. Proper use

You must only register land you own or act for, and must not use the service to harass or mislead.

5. Contact

For any question, write to the support address shown in the app.
